They will also be advice on how often they should run their credits in other for it to not affect the scores. ‘Scores’ and ‘Credit reports’ matters to home dreamers.
The journey with my home buyers does not end when the key is giving on ‘possession day’ because I want them to maintain their homes forever. I check on my clients on quarterly basis on how things are going, financially. They are always reminded that they cannot be shy to share with me if they are struggling simply because there are resources for homeowners during missed mortgage payments. Credit counselling and refinances, to name a few can be at my disposal.
