Welcome to my website. I founded IsatouProperties in 2018 while trying to fix a problem in the real estate industry.  It wasn't planned well; it happened by accident. I was a community organizer in the greater WA state area, helping individuals in my community acquire jobs, education and homes.  Before getting my license, I would normally refer community members to other realtors for buying or selling homes.  One motivating factor for me to get my license is how buyers and sellers are often not well educated on contracts due to the complexity of the English Language, for some. Some brokers may not realize that clients are not always open to asking many questions. They will blindly conduct transactions without the full knowledge of the reasons behind the contract. For example, they won't be able to tell me all the reasons why an earnest money can be lost. They also cannot understand certain documents and some tasks are usually rushed.  Simply put, they will sign without understanding and cannot explain why things are the way they are.

This wasn't fair in my opinion. I took ample time to explain every transaction stage in simple language.  I connected more with clients using this approach. I was simply known as the 'bridge over the language barrier'.

Every Google review on my website is earned and authentic.  I will not just ask for a review without completing a transaction with you.

My Goal in real estate is to ensure my clients know what they are getting into since it's one of the biggest decisions of a lifetime.  I had simply put myself in their shoes.  I am driven not by how high my commission is, but by how satisfied and respected my client feels during the process.

I have personally bought homes and want the same experience for my clients.
