As a beneficiary of college education, it was a privilege for me, as a female African woman to receive such. We want the same opportunity for the children of families that are financially struggling.

IsatouProperties Welfare Funds was founded in 2002 to lend a helping hand to the most vulnerable individuals in The Gambia. It started with 15 children ranging from Elementary school to college level education. The scholarship program is still expanding and other regions that are mostly left out.

These recipients are expected to empower themselves as well as others.  Its call the domino effect and with time no one will be left behind.
